On the afternoon of September 22, 2020, Cat Ba National Park held a conference to announce the Decision of the Chairman of Hai Phong City People’s Committee on appointing the Deputy Director of Cat Ba National Park.
Comrade Nguyen Dinh Chuyen – Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee attended and directed the Conference. Attending were representatives of leaders of relevant Departments, Boards, Sectors, localities and Heads, Deputy Heads of Departments, units under Cat Ba National Park.

Comrade Pham Hong Ha – Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs announced the decision of the Chairman of the City People’s Committee to appoint Mr. Pham Van Phuc – Head of the Organization and Administration Department to hold the position of Deputy Director of Cat Ba National Park for a term of 5 years.
