Following Plan No. 06-KH/HU dated September 15, 2025, issued by the Cat Hai District Party Committee on organizing a conference to thoroughly grasp and implement the Politburo’s Resolutions;
On the morning of October 23, 2025, the Party Committee of Cat Ba National Park held a conference to study, learn, thoroughly grasp, disseminate, and implement several Politburo Resolutions, including:
(1) Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW on international integration in the new situation;
(2) Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW on ensuring national energy security through 2030, with a vision toward 2045;
(3) Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in the development of education and training;
(4) Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW on breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care, and improvement of public health.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Nguyen Van Thiu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Cat Ba National Park, provided thorough guidance and instructions to all Party members and staff regarding the study and comprehension of the resolutions. The aim is to foster a deeper understanding of the significance, objectives, and requirements of each resolution, enabling their effective application in practical work. This will contribute to the successful fulfillment of the political missions of the Cat Ba National Park Party Committee.
